Our compliance specialist provides specialized expertise in the preparation of our clients 300, 300A, and 301 records as directed by OSHA regulations, and maintains statistical data that will be used to complete regulatory reports. Our team of professionals gathers the necessary information for the completion and updates of all ISNetworld and PEC/Premier data and responds to our clients SSQ requirements as outlined by their customers. We ensure our clients have the tools and information they need to perform their businesses as safely as possible, with maximum efficiency and reliability.

Computer based tracking of employee training may also be performed at the client’s request. These records are maintained for the personal use of our clients and can be provided to organizations as the client directs. This provides our clients a fast and effective way to manage their training program, cost, and required record keeping.

Frank Kent & Associates, Inc. incident response teams provide an ongoing service to our clients when an incident may occur that caused property damage, and or an injury. Our team reports directly to the incident site or medical receiving unit. The case management team starts a base root incident analysis and fact finding report for our clients. Statements are obtained, pictures taken (when allowed), and management of care for the injured is monitor. Our team of professionals work with the medical care unit, insurance representatives, and others involved to start a first report of incident, follow up care in the OMNET system, transitional duty needs, and final full return to work analysis. The incident team work with in the guidelines of your Return to Work Program and help the company maintain an open line of communication with the employee and parties involved. The value of the employee is foremost and his ability to return to work is the goal of our team.
